Alpha Subscription and Customer Hub

If you are looking for a place to update your credit card information (new expiration date? new card?) or your contact info - all can be done on the Vital Animal Customer Hub.

It will allow you to:

  • Review your purchase history and see your invoices.
  • Review and update your personal and billing information.
  • Cancel your Alpha subscription.

Once you click on the Vital Animal Customer Hub you will be taken to a page where you enter your purchase email address. The system will send you an email with your access link.

You then access the Vital Animal Customer Hub with a single click – no need to remember usernames and passwords.
